Here at HIM, we are committed to nurturing and supporting the individuals and families in our community. We do this through various mentoring, teaching, and advocacy programs.

Mentoring the Next Generation

One of our primary focuses is mentoring and training young men and women. We provide guidance and leadership to help them grow into responsible, caring adults. 

Equipping Adult Role Models

We recognize the importance of mentors for adults who work with young men and women. We help these role models gain skills and knowledge to best support the young people in their lives. This creates a positive cycle of nurturing across generations.

Building Community

To bring people together and encourage a sense of belonging, we oganize various social and community activities. This helps strengthen relationships and support networks within our neighborhoods.

Advocacy and Family Support

When individuals or families are facing challenging times, we work to meet their basic needs. We also advocate on their behalf with other organizations. No one in our community will feel alone or without a helping hand.

Collaboration for Impact

We don't try to do it all alone - we closely collaborate with schools, churches, and other groups. By working together, we multiply our reach and the benefits to those we serve.
